Pengaruh Pemberian Antipsikotik Terhadap Kejadian Gangguan Tidur pada Pasien dengan Skizofrenia
Abstract
Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan kesehatan komplek yang bersifat kronik, dimana untuk mempertahankan remisi perlu penggunaan senyawa antipsikotik. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kejadian efek samping penggunaan obat antipsikotik tunggal maupun kombinasi pada pasien skizofrenia. Rancangan dengan cross sectional study dan pengambilan data retrospektif mulai dari Januari-Desember 2022 di RSUD A.M Parikesit Tenggarong Kabupaten Kutai Kertanegara. Diperoleh 92 data rekam medis yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analitis dengan uji chi square. Didapatkan hasil tidak terdapat pengaruh pemberian antipsikotik kombinasi maupun tunggal terhadap kejadian efek samping (p-value = 0,125). Gejala yang paling umum dialami adalah gangguan tidur. Gambaran deskriptif yang mendapatkan antipsikotik didominasi oleh pria dengan usia 36-66 tahun, jenis skizofrenia paranoid. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah baik penggunaan antipsikotik tunggal maupun kombinasi memiliki risiko yang sama mengalami kejadian efek samping dengan gejala yang paling umum adalah gangguan tidur.
